Innovation was always an opportunity, but you generally could only maybe get funded for maybe 10% or 15% every year. You have to pick your battle, what do we change next to make a bigger improvement for the business but recognize it's going to be an iterative process.

What we see now is the call of the API driven, or I like to almost talk about it like the programmatic architecture. We would kind of think through a project, where's this going to grow to in 3 years.
